Branch Granting Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions for granting a branch to representatives are as follows:
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Legal Compliance: No legal prohibitions in the country of operation.
- Legal Responsibility: All legal responsibilities rest solely with the representative.
- Technical Infrastructure: All technical infrastructure, including a website and exclusive platform, will be provided by the college.
- Monitoring and Access: The college has access to monitor activities on the site, though the branch retains independent operational authority.
- Subscription Fee: Representatives are required to pay an annual subscription fee of $100.
- Webinar Participation: Representatives must attend special webinars organized by the college.
- Course Standards: Courses must adhere to the standards set by Moderna College.
- Revenue: Representatives will receive 20% of tuition revenue per enrolled student.
- Academic Calendar: The academic calendar of the branch aligns with that of the college.
- Certificate Issuance: Branches are not authorized to issue certificates; all certifications are issued solely by the college.
- Branch Costs: All costs related to the branch are the representative's responsibility, with no liability on the central college.
- Quality Oversight: Representatives must ensure the quality of student education and recruit instructors per the academic standards of the college.
- Unauthorized Actions: Any unapproved actions causing liability fall on the representative, with no responsibility held by the central college.
- Identity Verification: Verification of identity, address, and background of the representative will be conducted by the central college.
- Registered Entity Requirement: The representative must have a legally registered company or institution in their country of residence.
- Evaluation Fee: To initiate the eligibility assessment process, a non-refundable fee of $20 is required. This fee is a one-time payment and will not be refunded if the application is not accepted.
- Revocation of Representation: The college reserves the right to revoke representation at any time if standards are not met. In such cases, the representative has no right to appeal.
