Registration, Admission, and Study Process
Registration, Admission, and Study Process at Moderna International College
A: Initial Registration
Each applicant needs to register only once at the college. At this stage, applicants must accurately and completely enter their information in the registration system. All registration processes and interactions are conducted online.
B: Review and Admission
After registration, applicant information is reviewed by the admissions team. In some cases, applicants may be invited for an online interview. Upon final approval, the individual is officially accepted as a college student.
C: Continued Studies Without Re-admission
Students who have received final admission do not need to apply for re-admission to continue studying in other fields. All processes related to course selection and continuation of education are managed through the student panel in the college’s internal system.
D: Course Start, Class Capacity, and Study Duration
The duration of study in each major is six months, divided into two three-month semesters held in the first and second halves of the academic year. Each student studies two days a week. If the number of registrants for a particular course does not meet the minimum required to form a class in the current semester, their names will be placed on the waiting list and admitted in the next available semester.
Moderna International College, with its flexible and fully online educational system, has simplified and accelerated the learning process so that students can acquire the skills they need without geographical or time limitations.
Graduation and Certificate Issuance
Graduates of Moderna College receive their certificate of completion after successfully completing their courses and passing the final exams.
Certificate Issuance Requirements:
- Passing all final exams with the required scores
- Students who fail an exam may request a retake by paying the required fee
- Certificates are issued in a single copy and only in English
- Moderna College holds no responsibility for the recognition of its certificates by other institutions, countries, or public and private sectors
- Certificates can be verified through Moderna College at any time
Graduates automatically become members of the College Alumni Association. Members of this association are given priority in job placement and career opportunities. Additionally, outstanding graduates who meet the necessary academic qualifications may be invited to teach at Moderna College.
