Counselor Training Program

Students in this program are intensively introduced to the most important key and practical topics related to the principles of counseling.
 
  • Each program includes 6 main modules taught over two 6-month semesters.
  • Each semester includes 3 specialized modules covering several subjects.
  • Total training hours during one academic year are about 153 hours.
  • Each course meets once a week for 1.5 hours.
  • Class days: Thursdays — each day includes three 90-minute sessions.
  • Each semester consists of 17 weeks of study.
  • Semester 1 starts: September 15
  • Semester 1 ends: January 15
  • Semester 1 exams: January 20
  • Semester 2 starts: February 15
  • Semester 2 ends: June 15
  • Semester 2 exams: June 20
  • Graduation Ceremony: July 10
  • This program includes an official Certificate of Completion in English.
  • Graduates of this program will have priority for membership in the college’s academic clubs and professional associations.
  • Tuition per semester: $300

Problem Analysis and Decision-Making in Counseling

Semester 2
Crisis Management Skills in Counseling

  • Identifying personal, family, and organizational crises

  • Calming and control techniques during counseling crises
  • Preventing escalation and providing appropriate solutions

Semester 2
Personal Branding and Entering the Counseling Market

  • Building a personal brand as a professional counselor
  • Marketing and attracting clients in various counseling areas
  • Pricing models for counseling services
  • Networking and collaboration with other counselors and organizations

Semester 2
Decision-Making and Problem-Solving Skills for Counselors
