Coach training Program

Students in this program will be intensively introduced to key and practical aspects of training principles in this field.
 
  • Each program consists of 6 core courses taught over two 3-month semesters.
  • Each semester includes 3 courses.
  • Each course has 2 sessions per week, each lasting 2 hours (totaling 6 hours of weekly instruction).
  • Training Days: Sundays and Tuesdays.
  • Each semester includes 12 weeks of instruction + 2 weeks of practice and exams.
